SkilSure Ltd. does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for any purpose.
Personal information requested by SkilSure Ltd. is only used to the extent that is necessary to register a new user (i.e., user profile) within SkilSure®. This personal information, such as your name and contact information, is required by SkilSure® in order to provide the service.
SkilSure Ltd. employees required to view the database as part of data entry, on-going maintenance or support are required to sign a non-disclosure/ confidentiality agreement to protect the personal information of all users.
When data is entered into a SkilSure® database by a client (company or institution), the client is responsible for ensuring your personal information is used in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Because SkilSure Ltd. operates globally, it may be necessary to transfer your personal information outside the United Kingdom, such as when servers are based outside the UK. In these instances, SkilSure Ltd. will make assurances that your privacy rights are respected and maintained and your personal information is secured.
