Improve partners with SkilSure Limited to develop "pick your mix" skills mapping tool.
Toronto, Canada. July 19 2007. – SkilSure Limited has partnered with Improve to develop an interactive tool for the food and drink sector which allows employers and employees to easily identify the units that make up an N/SVQ, enabling employers to tailor qualifications to meet the needs of their businesses.
The tool is a custom development on the SkilSure platform it is accessible via the Improve website. By inputting a few simple details the tool will suggest an N/SVQ pathway to meet users' needs.
The "pick your mix" tool also allows users to easily download Sector Performance Standards to support other business requirements e.g. workforce planning, recruitment, appraisal and review.
